Terms of Service

FacelessValue — Terms of Service

1. Definitions

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Service. By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Service, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service. Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.

In these Terms:

  • "FacelessValue", "we", "us", "our" means MD Media, a general partnership (VOF) registered in the Netherlands, KvK 98132253, VAT NL868369524B01, the operator of the Service.
  • "Service" means the entire website at facelessvalue.com, our Discord support channels, and every product and service we sell through them.
  • "Product" means anything we sell through the Service, including Account Products, Proxy Products and Number Products and more.
  • "Account Product" means a pre-existing third-party platform account (for example a YouTube/Google account) sold with its credentials.
  • "Proxy Product" means a dedicated IP address allocation supplied for a fixed period.
  • "Number Product" means a rented US mobile number, supplied on subscription, used to receive verification codes in your Dashboard.
  • "Subscription" means any Product billed on a recurring monthly, quarterly or annual basis.
  • "Dashboard" means your 'My Products' account area at facelessvalue.com where Products, credentials and received codes are displayed.
  • "Consumer" means a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession.
  • "Business Customer" means any customer who is not a Consumer.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service you confirm that you:

  • are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract;
  • are not a person, and are not acting on behalf of a person, subject to sanctions or restrictive measures that apply to us or to our suppliers;
  • are not purchasing on behalf of a person whose account we have previously suspended or terminated;
  • will use the Products only for lawful purposes, in compliance with all laws applicable to you.

We may refuse service, cancel any order, or request verification of identity or payment ownership at any time before delivery. If we cancel before delivery, you receive a full refund of that order.

2.1 Verification checks. Before or after delivery we may require you to verify your identity or your ownership of the payment method used. We may do this where an order is unusually large, where an order or account appears linked to one we have previously actioned, where the payment method, IP address or location suggests a mismatch, or where an order otherwise matches patterns we associate with fraud, resale or abuse. We may hold delivery until verification is complete. If you do not complete it within a reasonable time, we may cancel the order and refund it in full. Completing a check does not oblige us to deliver where other grounds to refuse apply.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details, dashboard access link, and order emails confidential, and for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately at support@facelessvalue.com if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

You may hold one customer account unless we agree otherwise in writing. Accounts sharing a payment method, device fingerprint, IP range or billing address are treated as one customer for the purposes of these Terms.

You must give us a working email address. Delivery emails, verification codes and subscription notices are sent there, and we are not responsible for messages you do not receive because of a mistyped, full, expired or spam-filtering mailbox.

4. What we sell — and what it is not

4.1 General

Everything we sell is delivered electronically. Nothing is shipped. We do not operate, control, or represent any third-party platform, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partnered with Google LLC, YouTube, or any other platform, carrier or network. Third-party names and marks used on our site are used only to describe what a Product is compatible with, and remain the property of their owners.

4.2 Account Products

Account Products are sold as-is, in the state they are in at the moment of delivery. Any impression, view, watch-time or activity figure shown in a listing is an approximate historical measurement taken by us during our own testing, before the sale. Figures shown as "around 300" or "50–99" are ranges, not exact counts, and carry a normal margin of error. Those figures are not a guarantee, prediction or promise of future reach, impressions, views, subscriber growth, monetisation eligibility, revenue, algorithmic treatment, or how any platform will handle the account after it leaves us. You are solely responsible for how you use the account after delivery, and for complying with the platform's own terms and policies. Transferring or acquiring platform accounts may itself breach those terms, and a platform may restrict, suspend or terminate an account at its own discretion at any time. If that happens within 48 hours of delivery, and not as a result of your own activity on the account, we will replace or refund it under section 9. After 48 hours we have no control over platform enforcement and accept no liability for it. Our responsibility for an Account Product ends 48 hours after delivery.

4.3 Proxy Products

Proxy Products are dedicated IP allocations sourced from upstream network providers, assigned to you for the paid period. We do not guarantee which specific IP address, ASN, network operator or city-level location you will be assigned, nor any particular carrier classification, reputation or fraud score, nor that any particular website, platform or service will accept traffic from the IP. Classification and reputation are determined by third parties and change over time. Your allocated IP is yours alone, and we never reuse it — an IP assigned to you is never rotated, recycled or handed to another FacelessValue customer, during your subscription or after it ends. The only exceptions are an upstream provider withdrawing a range, or an IP being reclaimed after an abuse report that did not originate from your use; in those cases we move you to a replacement IP at no extra cost. If a Product lapses, expires or is cancelled, the allocation returns to the upstream provider and we cannot recover it for you if you resubscribe later. Any bandwidth, thread, concurrency or authentication limits stated in the listing apply. Upstream providers may null-route or reclaim an IP without notice if abuse is reported against it. Where the abuse originated from your use, no refund or replacement is due.

4.4 Number Products

Number Products are rented, not sold. The line remains under the control of us and our upstream telecom provider. You acquire no ownership, portability rights, or right to a specific number. Numbers are provided for receiving verification and 2FA codes in your Dashboard. They are not general-purpose phone lines. Unless a listing says otherwise, there is no outbound calling, no outbound SMS, no voice, no voicemail and no emergency-services access. We do not guarantee that every message sent to a number will arrive. Carriers, senders and platforms filter, block and reject messages, including blocking entire number ranges, and this is outside our control. A number is yours only for as long as the Subscription is active. If it is cancelled, expires, or lapses for non-payment, the line is returned to our upstream telecom provider and cannot be recovered, restored or reassigned to you — not by us and not by them, at any price. If you have used the number for 2FA, recovery or verification on any account, losing it may lock you out of that account permanently; we cannot retrieve the number, receive codes on your behalf, or help you regain access, and we are not liable for anything you lose as a result. Move your verification methods elsewhere before you cancel. We may assign you a different number at renewal if the original is withdrawn by the upstream provider.

4.5 Responsibility and costs for use of Proxy Products

This section applies to every Proxy Product and survives termination of these Terms.

4.5.1 You are the operator of the traffic. A Proxy Product is a network conduit. We do not initiate any transmission through it, do not select its destination or recipient, and do not monitor, inspect, filter or modify the traffic passing through it. You alone decide what is sent through the IP assigned to you.

4.5.2 Sole responsibility. You are solely and entirely responsible for all activity conducted through a Proxy Product assigned to you, for the whole period it is assigned, whether that activity was carried out by you, by someone you gave access to, by someone you resold or shared access with, or by someone who obtained your credentials because you failed to keep them secure. Responsibility does not transfer to us in any of those cases.

4.5.3 Unlawful use. If activity conducted through your Proxy Product is unlawful, infringes the rights of a third party, or breaches section 11, that is your act and your liability, not ours. We do not authorise, encourage, endorse or knowingly facilitate any such use, and any such use is a material breach of these Terms.

4.5.4 Attribution records. We keep records that link each IP allocation to the customer it was assigned to — authentication logs, assignment start and end times, and order and payment identifiers — alongside the account data described in section 15. These are retained for as long as is necessary for abuse handling and legal claims.

4.5.5 Disclosure. Where we receive a lawful request, a court order, a law-enforcement request, a formal abuse complaint, or a demand from an upstream provider concerning activity on an IP, we will identify the customer that IP was assigned to and disclose the records in 4.5.4 to the requesting party. We will do so without notifying you where notification is prohibited by law or would prejudice an investigation. You expressly agree to this disclosure and waive any claim against us arising from it.

4.5.6 Costs are yours. Where any complaint, abuse report, investigation, takedown notice, subpoena, court order, upstream suspension, regulatory action, civil claim or criminal proceeding arises out of or is connected to activity conducted through a Proxy Product assigned to you, you will pay us, on demand, the full amount of:

  • our legal, professional and advisory fees, whether or not proceedings are commenced;
  • the cost of identifying you, retrieving and preparing your records, and responding to the request;
  • any fine, penalty, damages award, settlement, or compensation imposed on or paid by us because of that activity;
  • any penalty, deposit forfeiture, service suspension, IP replacement charge or termination fee applied to us by an upstream provider;
  • the cost of replacing IP ranges withdrawn, blacklisted or null-routed as a result of that activity;
  • our reasonable internal administrative cost of handling the matter, charged at €50 per substantiated incident.

4.5.7 Recovery. Amounts owed under 4.5.6 are recoverable on the terms set out in section 18.

4.6 Records, disclosure and cooperation (all Products)

This section applies to every Product — Account Products, Proxy Products and Number Products alike — and survives termination.

4.6.1 Records. We keep records linking each Product delivered to the customer it was delivered to: the order and payment identifiers, delivery timestamps, the email address on the order, and the technical data described in section 15. For Number Products this includes which rented number was assigned to which order. We retain these records for as long as is necessary for abuse handling and legal claims.

4.6.2 Disclosure. Where we receive a lawful request, a court order, a law-enforcement request, a formal abuse complaint, or a demand from an upstream provider or from a platform whose account or service is affected, we will identify the customer the Product was delivered to and disclose the records in 4.6.1 to the requesting party. We will do so without notifying you where notification is prohibited by law or would prejudice an investigation. You expressly agree to this disclosure and waive any claim against us arising from it.

4.6.3 We are not the operator of your use. We supply a Product and then have no control over, and take no part in, what you do with it on any third-party platform. We do not authorise, encourage, endorse or knowingly facilitate any unlawful use of a Product, and any such use is your act and your liability, not ours, and a material breach of these Terms.

5. Orders, stock and pricing

Product listings are an invitation to purchase, not a binding offer. A contract is formed when we accept your order and deliver the Product. Stock counters are drawn from live inventory but can, in rare cases, be inaccurate — for example when two customers check out at the same moment. If we cannot fulfil an order after payment, we cancel it and refund that item in full. Prices are shown in USD. Your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion or foreign transaction fees, which are not ours and are not refundable by us. Prices ⟦FILL: include OR exclude — decide with your accountant, see note⟧ VAT. Where we are required to charge VAT based on your location, it is calculated at checkout. If a Product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical or human error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after payment. We will not be obliged to supply at the incorrect price. We may change prices, plans and Product availability at any time. Changes do not affect orders already placed, or the current billing period of an existing Subscription.

5.1 Purchase limits. To limit abuse and resale, we may cap the quantity of Account Products or Number Products a single customer may buy in a given period. Orders that take a customer above ⟦FILL: purchase limit — currently set to 5 Account Products in any rolling 30-day period⟧ may be held for the verification and manual review described in section 2.1, and we may decline or refund the part of an order above that limit. Linked accounts (section 14.2) count as one customer for this purpose. This is a measure we may apply; it does not oblige us to fill any order up to the limit.

6. Payment

Payments are processed by our storefront provider and its payment processors. We do not store your full card details.

You warrant that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used, or have permission to use it. Using someone else's payment method without authorisation is fraud, and we will terminate the account, refuse delivery, and cooperate with the processor and law enforcement.

If a payment fails, is reversed, or is later withdrawn, we may suspend or terminate access to the Products purchased with it until the amount is settled.

7. Delivery

Products are delivered electronically, normally within seconds of confirmed payment, to your order page, your Dashboard, and/or the email address on the order. Delivery is complete when the Product is made available in your Dashboard or sent to your email address — not when you open, read or use it. If you have not received a Product within 24 hours of confirmed payment, contact support@facelessvalue.com with your order ID. We will deliver, replace or refund. Do not open a payment dispute before contacting us (see section 13). Occasional delays can occur where an upstream provider is degraded. Where a delay exceeds 72 hours and we cannot deliver, you may cancel that item for a full refund.

8. Right of withdrawal (Consumers in the EU/EEA)

This section applies to Consumers. It does not apply to Business Customers.

8.1 The general rule. Under EU and Dutch consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason.

8.2 Digital content delivered immediately. For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium — which includes Account Products and Proxy Products — the right of withdrawal is lost once performance has begun, provided you have given prior express consent to that and acknowledged that you thereby lose the right. At checkout you are asked to confirm both. By ticking that box and completing your purchase, you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the Product is delivered.

Losing the right of withdrawal does not leave you uncovered. What you give up is the no-questions-asked change-of-mind right. If a Product fails for a reason that is not your fault, our own policy in section 9 still refunds or replaces it within 48 hours of delivery, and your statutory rights in section 8.5 remain in full.

8.3 Services delivered immediately. For Number Products and other services, you likewise expressly request that we begin supplying immediately. If you withdraw within the 14-day period, you must pay a proportionate amount for the part of the service already supplied up to the moment you told us.

8.4 How to withdraw. Where the right still applies, open a ticket on facelessvalue.com or in our Discord, or email support@facelessvalue.com, quoting your order ID and stating clearly that you are withdrawing. Any other unambiguous statement to us also counts — you may use the model withdrawal form, but you do not have to. We will confirm receipt of your notice, and refund within 14 days of receiving it, to the payment method you paid with.

8.5 Nothing here limits your statutory rights. If a Product is not as described, is defective, or does not have the qualities you could reasonably expect, your legal rights to repair, replacement, price reduction or a refund remain fully intact, whatever else these Terms say.

9. Refunds and replacements

Our refund and replacement window is 48 hours from delivery. Report a problem within that window and we will put it right. After 48 hours the Product is yours and we cannot refund or replace it.

This is our own policy. For Consumers it applies in addition to the statutory rights in section 8, and does not reduce them.

9.1 If a Product does not work on arrival

Report it in a ticket, our Discord, or at support@facelessvalue.com within 48 hours of delivery, with your order ID and evidence of the fault (screenshot, screen recording, or error output). We will then, at our option and in this order:

  • replace the Product with the same tier;
  • if no replacement is in stock, offer an equivalent Product or store credit;
  • if neither is acceptable to you, refund that item to the original payment method.

9.2 What counts as "does not work on arrival"

Account Products. You are covered if the credentials do not log in; if the account is already disabled or suspended at the moment of delivery; if recovery and 2FA setup are impossible because the account is still locked to another party; or if the platform restricts, suspends or terminates the account within 48 hours of delivery for a reason not connected to your own activity on it.

You are not covered if you changed the password, recovery details or 2FA and then lost access; if the restriction or ban followed your own uploads, posts, streams, linked payment method, monetisation application, automated activity or bulk activity; if more than 48 hours have passed since delivery; or if you cannot show us the account state and the platform's own notice.

Proxy Products. You are covered if the IP does not authenticate, passes no traffic at all, or was already dead at handover.

You are not covered because a specific website, platform or service blocks or flags the IP; because the IP's reputation or fraud score is not what you hoped for; because the IP is not in the exact city you wanted; where you exceeded the stated bandwidth, thread or concurrency limits; or where the IP was suspended, blacklisted or reclaimed because of your own activity.

Number Products. You are covered if the line receives no codes at all from any sender within the first 48 hours, or if the number was never provisioned.

You are not covered because one particular service refuses the number; because a code arrived but expired or was already consumed; because the sending platform rate-limited you; or because you cancelled part-way through a paid period.

9.3 Not refundable

  • Change of mind after delivery, where you waived withdrawal under section 8.
  • Any Product where the fault was caused by your own use, misuse, or breach of section 11.
  • Any Product where an account, IP or number was suspended, banned or reclaimed because of activity from your side.
  • Unused time in a Subscription period you cancelled — see section 10.
  • Any order where you opened a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us first — see section 13.
  • Any order terminated for breach of these Terms — see section 14.

9.4 Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. We cannot refund to a different method or a different person. Payment processor fees, currency conversion losses and bank charges are not refundable.

10. Subscriptions

Number Products are sold on monthly, quarterly or annual billing. Whichever you choose, the Subscription renews automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your Dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You keep access until then. Started periods are not refunded or pro-rated. Promotional prices and discount codes apply to the initial period only unless the offer says otherwise. Renewals are at standard price. We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before any price increase. It takes effect at your next renewal, and you may cancel before then. If a renewal payment fails, we will retry and notify you. If it is not settled within 3 days, the Subscription is suspended and the line is released as set out in section 4.4. We may cancel a Subscription at any time on reasonable notice. If we do so for a reason other than your breach of these Terms, we refund the unused portion of the current period.

11. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service or any Product to:

Anything illegal

  • break any law applicable to you, us, or the destination of your traffic;
  • commit or facilitate fraud, phishing, carding, identity theft, romance or investment scams, or money laundering;
  • evade sanctions or export controls.

Harm to people

  • produce, obtain, host or distribute child sexual abuse material or any content sexualising a minor;
  • harass, stalk, threaten, dox, or impersonate anyone;
  • take over, access or recover an account belonging to another person without their authority — including using a Number Product to intercept a code intended for someone else.

Harm to systems

  • send spam or unsolicited bulk messages;
  • distribute malware, operate botnets, run DDoS or DoS attacks, port-scan, brute-force, credential-stuff, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system;
  • circumvent the security, rate limits, or anti-fraud measures of any third party in a way that is unlawful.

Harm to us

  • resell, sublicense, rent out, or redistribute any Product as your own without our prior written consent;
  • scrape, mirror, frame, reverse-engineer or copy our site, theme, code, listings or copy;
  • run automated scripts or bots against our storefront or Dashboard beyond normal browsing;
  • misrepresent yourself as affiliated with FacelessValue.

Breach of this section is a material breach. We may suspend or terminate immediately and without refund, and we cooperate with upstream providers, payment processors and law enforcement, including by supplying logs. Where the breach involves a Proxy Product, section 4.5 also applies and you carry the costs set out there.

11.1 Reporting abuse. If you believe a Product has been used to break these Terms or the law, report it to support@facelessvalue.com with any evidence you have. We acknowledge abuse reports within 2 business days and investigate them. Where a report is substantiated, we act on it — which may include suspending or terminating the customer under section 14 and disclosing records under section 4.6 — and we keep a record of the report and what we did about it.

12. Third-party dependencies

The Service depends on third parties — our storefront and payment platform, network and hosting providers, upstream proxy suppliers, and upstream telecom providers. Their availability, terms, pricing and policies are outside our control.

If an upstream provider changes, restricts, withdraws or discontinues something we rely on, a Product may be modified, replaced with an equivalent, or discontinued. Where that happens to an active Subscription and we cannot supply a reasonable replacement, we will refund the unused portion of your current period.

Your use of any third-party platform is subject to that platform's own terms, and you are responsible for complying with them.

13. Chargebacks and payment disputes

Contact us first. Almost every problem is solved faster by opening a ticket than by opening a dispute.

Opening a chargeback, payment dispute or reversal without first giving us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue is a material breach of these Terms. Where you do:

  • all your Products and Subscriptions are suspended immediately;
  • any remaining Subscription time is forfeited;
  • your customer account is permanently closed and future accounts will be closed on detection;
  • we will submit our delivery logs, timestamps, dashboard access records and correspondence as evidence to the processor;
  • we may require the disputed amount plus any processor fee to be settled before we consider reinstating you, and may refer unpaid amounts for collection.

This does not affect a Consumer's right to dispute a payment that was genuinely unauthorised, or to enforce statutory rights under section 8.5.

14. Suspension and termination

14.1 By us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, immediately and without notice, if:

  • you materially breach these Terms, including sections 2, 11 or 13;
  • we receive a credible abuse complaint or legal request concerning activity on a Product delivered to you;
  • we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorised payment, or multi-accounting to abuse pricing, promotions or replacements;
  • a payment fails, is reversed, or is disputed;
  • an upstream provider or law requires it;
  • we reasonably believe continued service exposes us or others to legal or security risk.

14.2 Linked accounts. A suspension or termination extends automatically to every other account we reasonably attribute to the same person or household, regardless of email address, payment method or registration date.

14.3 Effect. On termination your right to use the Service ends immediately. Where termination is for your breach, no refund, credit or compensation is due and remaining Subscription time is forfeited. Where we terminate for any other reason, we refund the unused portion of any paid period.

14.4 By you. You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel Subscriptions from your Dashboard.

14.5 Survival. Sections 4 (including 4.5 and 4.6), 9.3, 11, 13, 14.3, 16, 17, 18 and 22 survive termination.

15. Fraud and abuse detection

To prevent fraud, abuse and multi-accounting, and to protect our upstream providers, we process technical data including IP address, ASN and approximate location, browser and device characteristics, payment-method fingerprints supplied by our processor, session identifiers, order and delivery timestamps, and dashboard activity patterns — and we correlate that data across accounts.

We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest in preventing fraud and abuse and in enforcing these Terms, as described in our Privacy Policy, which also sets out your rights and our retention periods.

Our internal logs and monitoring data are what we rely on when deciding whether a breach has occurred. We are not required to disclose our detection thresholds or methods, though for Consumers this does not remove your right to challenge a decision or to seek redress.

16. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, and subject to section 16.2:

16.1 The Service and the Products are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available, or that any Product will meet a purpose we have not expressly agreed in writing.

The specific things we do not warrant are set out per Product line in section 4, and apply here in full. You are responsible for deciding whether a Product is suitable for what you intend to do with it, and for complying with the terms of any platform you use it on.

16.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits anything that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including the statutory rights of Consumers, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

17. Limitation of liability

Subject to section 16.2, and to the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business or goodwill, loss of data, or loss of any third-party account, channel, monetisation status, content or earnings, however caused.
  • Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Product giving rise to the claim, or (b) the total amount you paid us in the six (6) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
  • We are not liable for any act, omission, outage, policy change, enforcement action or termination by a third-party platform, carrier, network or provider.
  • This section limits our liability to you. It does not limit your liability to us under sections 4.5 or 18.

For Consumers, these limits apply only to the extent permitted by Dutch and EU consumer law, and your mandatory rights are unaffected.

18. Indemnity and cost recovery

18.1 You will indemnify us and hold us harmless against any claim, demand, investigation, loss, liability, fine, penalty, damages award, settlement or expense — including reasonable legal and professional fees and the cost of identifying you and producing your records — arising out of or connected to:

  • your use of the Service or any Product;
  • any unlawful activity conducted through a Product assigned or delivered to you;
  • your breach of these Terms, including section 11;
  • your infringement of the rights of any third party;
  • any allegation of the above made against us in respect of activity attributable to you.

18.2 This applies in full to Business Customers. For Consumers it applies to the fullest extent permitted by law: a Consumer remains liable for the loss and costs we suffer as a result of their own unlawful conduct or breach of these Terms, but is not required to cover costs that mandatory consumer law does not allow us to pass on.

18.3 We may set off any amount owed under this section or under section 4.5.6 against any refund, credit, store balance or unused Subscription period otherwise due to you, and may refer unpaid amounts for collection with statutory interest and collection costs added.

18.4 Nothing in this section requires us to defend a claim in a particular way, and settling a claim does not waive our right to recover the amount from you.

19. Force majeure

We are not in breach of these Terms, and are not liable for any delay or failure, where it results from something beyond our reasonable control — including upstream provider failure, network or hosting outages, payment processor outages, changes in third-party platform policy, cyberattack, government action, or change in law.

20. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, layout, code, theme, structure, text, graphics and the FacelessValue name and logo, belongs to FacelessValue or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your own purchases. Nothing else is granted. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Service.

21. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is always at https://facelessvalue.com/terms-of-service, with the date it was last updated shown on the page.

For material changes we will give notice by email and/or on the site at least 30 days in advance. For Subscriptions, material changes take effect at your next renewal, and you may cancel before then. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.

22. Governing law and disputes

22.1 These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of the Netherlands, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

22.2 If you are a Consumer resident in the EU/EEA, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.

22.3 Otherwise, the courts of Rechtbank Overijssel, location Zwolle, the Netherlands, have exclusive jurisdiction.

22.4 Complaints first. If something is wrong, open a ticket with your order ID. We aim to acknowledge within 2 business days and resolve within 14 days. We are not currently affiliated with a certified alternative dispute resolution body, and are not obliged to be.

Consumers can find national dispute resolution bodies via the European Commission's consumer redress pages.

23. General

  • Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, it is modified to the minimum extent necessary, or removed, and the rest stays in force.
  • No waiver. If we do not enforce a provision, we do not waive our right to enforce it later.
  • Assignment. You may not transfer your rights or your account to anyone else. We may transfer ours to a successor of the business, without reducing your rights.
  • No agency. Nothing here creates a partnership, agency or employment relationship.
  • Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any Product-specific terms shown at checkout, are the entire agreement between us. They replace any earlier statement, promise or representation, except for anything made fraudulently.
  • Language. These Terms are drafted in English. If translated, the English version governs, except where mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
  • Headings are for convenience only.
